Channel Chemical Corporation - Location & Area Information

Channel is situated on an 12-acre tract located on the Gulfport Industrial Seaway which provides barge access to the Gulf of Mexico. The Plant is also served by the Kansas City Southern Railroad and has an eleven-car spur track.

Interstate 10, the major East/West highway along the Gulf Coast, and M-49, the major North/South highway in Mississippi, cross within one half mile of the Plant. New Orleans – seventy miles West and Mobile - 70 miles East, are both major Seaports on the Gulf.

The Greater Gulfport/Biloxi International Airport is also within one half mile of Channel Chemical. The Airport is served by Northwest, Delta, Continental and American Airlines, with direct service to many major cities and the Atlanta and Memphis hubs.
