EQUIPMENT

Channel has assembled a wide array of equipment, with flexible set ups to accommodate ease of change-over between products. And glass-lined vessels afford ease of cleaning to eliminate cross contamination problems. In highly critical situations, dedicated pumps, hoses and tanks are the rule.  Over 300,000 gallons of available tank storage includes both poly and glass lined vessels

Liquid

  • Two 5,000 gallon reactors, one GL and one SS.

  • Four 2,000 gallon GL reactors.

  • Two 1,000 gallon GL reactors.

  • One 750 gallon GL reactor.

Dry

  • 40 X 24 DeLaval SS Centrifuge.

  • One 265-cubic foot, GL vacuum, double coned tumble dryer.

  • Four vacuum tray drying ovens.

 

Additional equipment includes an assortment of mixers, condensers and filters, a micro-pulverizer,
chiller and hot oil system.
